GCSE & A Level Results Collection SUMMER 2022

If a students cannot collect their own GCSE or A Level results on the 18 or  25 August they can nominate a representative to collect on their behalf.

Please complete the form and indicate who will be collecting on your behalf, or indicate how you would like results sent to you.

**Please Note** If you choose for your results to be emailed they will be delivered to your Hemsworth Student email address. You will only be able to access this email account until 30/8/22. After that date Y11 & Y13 student emails will be terminated.
