Covid vaccinations

Years 7,9,10 & 11 
Students aged 12 to 16 have been given their Covid vaccination form 12.01.2022, they must return it by Friday 14 January 2022.

Year 8 will be given theirs when they return to the Academy on Friday 14.01.2022. Please return the forms on Monday 17 January 2022.
